Course Description Foster collaboration while honing leadership and management skills. This program is designed to elevate emergent leaders ready to take their skills to the next level. Building on the Leadership Essentials program, this intensive program applies emotional intelligence and communication skills and focuses on advanced leadership strategies including giving and receiving feedback, problem solving and decision-making, and time management. At the successful conclusion of this microcredential program, participants will receive a digital badge/certificate from Syracuse University, College of Professional Studies, which can be shared on LinkedIn or any digital media, and which will provide complete detail on information learned and competencies gained throughout the program.
