Course Description Given the complex and ever-changing nature of our world, leaders need to have agile mindsets and be prepared to think in new ways. This session focuses on developing a strategic mindset by continuously collecting and assimilating information and finding relevance in how it affects an organization's current and future performance potential. We reinforce that this is an interdependent process that requires both analysis and creativity, using tools and strategies including SWOT analysis, reframing, visioning, and systems thinking.
