Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Primer
This workshop offers beginner to intermediate practitioners a practical introduction to cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), focusing on structured, goal-oriented interventions for clients experiencing depression, anxiety, and life transitions. Participants will build clinical skills in assessment and treatment planning while applying CBT through an evidence-informed, strengths-based social work lens that accounts for trauma, systemic inequities, and environmental stressors.

Complex Trauma: From Understanding to Intervention
This workshop explores the distinctions between single-event PTSD and complex trauma — including its effects on the brain, attachment, and dissociation — and equips participants with essential, immediately applicable interventions.
