AI Strategy & Leadership Certification

This certification program bridges the gap between AI hype and AI execution for decision-makers at any level. Unlike academic survey courses or vendor-driven demos, this program is taught by a practitioner who builds and deploys AI systems for organizations. Every session blends conceptual frameworks with hands-on application, and every participant leaves with a decision-maker-ready AI Strategy and Implementation Roadmap built specifically for their organization.

Business Analytics Certification Preparation

This accelerated, four-day, instructor-led certification program provides participants with a rigorous, hands-on introduction to modern business analytics. The program is deliberately structured to progress from descriptive analytics to predictive modeling and forecasting, closely mirroring how analytics is applied in real organizational settings.

Participants work with authentic datasets drawn from municipal finance, retail transactions, real estate markets, energy consumption, air transportation, the National Park Service, and U.S. financial markets. Emphasis is placed not only on building models and dashboards, but also on interpreting results and translating analytical output into clear, actionable business insights

Coaching for High Performance

Coaches are leaders who do all they can to help people improve and succeed. Coaching is a way of thinking and interacting with people that communicates high expectations, respect, and caring. In this four-week virtual program, participants learn the concepts and skills of a coaching style of leadership that builds commitment, drives employee engagement, gets results, and integrates this learning into the flow of their work.

Introduction to AI

Artificial intelligence has moved from science fiction to everyday reality — powering the tools we use at work, the recommendations we see online, and the conversations happening in every industry about the future of work. This one-day course is designed to demystify AI for participants with little or no technical background, giving them the vocabulary, context, and confidence to engage with AI thoughtfully.

Six Sigma Black Belt Certification Program

This is an on-line eBlack Belt course. This course teaches the tools and strategies of the Lean/Six Sigma DMAIC methodology to the Black Belt level. The course is designed to allow students to learn the tools through a series of on-line lectures and demonstrations, and then apply those skills to complete a Six Sigma project. By the end of the class, students should be proficient in the Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt DMAIC tools and methodology.

This is an on-line eGreen Belt course. This course teaches the tools and strategies of the Lean/Six Sigma DMAIC methodology to the Green Belt level. The course is designed to allow students to learn the tools through a series of on-line lectures and demonstrations, and then apply those skills to complete a Six Sigma project. By the end of the class, students should be proficient in the Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt DMAIC tools and methodology.

Supply Chain Management Workshop

Supply chain management is concerned with processes (e.g., purchase, manufacture, store, distribute, sell) that are used in managing (i.e., planning and controlling) the operations of organizations that produce goods and provide services. Topics include business process fundamentals, demand & inventory management, Lean, purchasing and quality.
